Plant Information

Hebe Sparkling Sapphire is a stunning variety found at Lowaters nursery by Maryse Beckhurst in 2012 as a sport of H. Sapphire. Has stunning creamy white margins which turn buttery yellow as the plant starts to flower in May and June, the flowers are mid blue and carried in slender racemes at the tips.

Hebe Sparkling Sapphire gives year round interest due to it's variegated foliage colour which is only enhanced by the prolific Summer flowering. It is a stunning subject for growing in a container or at the front of a border. Hardy and trouble free.
