Cortaderia richardii is a New Zealand native form of pampass grass. This is perhaps the most graceful of all the pampass with tall, elegantly curving, gently nodding flower heads which make a stunning feature plant when the flowers are on display from mid Summer through into the Autumn.
Cortaderia richardii is a large growing plant which will need space to be properly appreciated, its arching stems are a stunning feature especially near water where they are enhanced by the reflections.
