Plant Information

Leycesteria Golden Lanterns is also known as Himalayan Honeysuckle, Pheasant Berry. This is a superb shrub with vibrant golden foliage which provides a perfect foliage for the wine red and white flowers which are produced in pendant racemes from July to September, these are followed by glossy purple berries which are a favourite of the birds (particularly Pheasants!)

Leycesteria Golden Lanterns grows well in most soils in full sun or dappled shade. Can be cut back hard each spring to make a more compact plant.
